For the second time, Yellowgrape is in the top 10 of Best Workplaces in the Netherlands! Yellowgrape has reached ninth place on the list of Best Workplaces 2022 in the Netherlands. We are extremely proud of that! Indeed, the score is largely determined by our colleagues; earlier this year, Yellowgrape was named a Great Place to Work for the third time in a row. The fact that we are also on the Best Workplaces list again this year is a recognition for us that we live our core values and have our people first. A great achievement for the course we are taking!
Great Place to Work Netherlands Every year, we investigate the level of trust, pride and pleasure within organizations. This is partly determined on the basis of the answers that employees have given 60 statements. In addition, an organization must prepare an evaluation of the strategic employer policy (the Culture Audit). These two components determine the outcome for the Great Place to Work list. The highest-scoring organizations have been festively recognized with the title Best Workplace.
With a DJ, saxophonist, confetti and bubbles, we were also put in the limelight in front of our office. While dancing and under the watchful eyes of neighbours, tourists and tour boats, we received the beautiful award. This makes us proud!
With the rapid growth of Yellowgrape it's nice to have fixed values. A pivot where everything revolves and the team is clearly number one. According to Great Place to Work, what we excel at is our unique and special employment conditions. Every year, we review our secondary employment conditions. How do we ensure that it is and remains attractive to work at Yellowgrape? Where we added the mortgage package and the pension plan last year, we started YourCampus this year. From here, employees can get their sports subscriptions reimbursed and make use of Lease a Bike and Headspace, for example. A great initiative in which Health and Wellbeing comes to the extra attention of all our employees.

Based on this, Great Place to Work offers areas for improvement for a strong (er) organizational culture and assists in monitoring the research results. Every year, 7,000 organizations worldwide participate in this survey, which together represent approximately 12 million employees. This makes the study the largest of its kind.
