This is what your application at Yellowgrape looks like

Once we receive your CV and motivation letter, we will get back to you quickly, usually within a few days and no later than two weeks. If we see a potential match, we will call you for a brief phone interview. If that feels right for both sides, we will schedule a first meeting to get to know each other better.

If both sides remain enthusiastic after that, a second interview will follow. During this meeting, two other colleagues will join so you can meet more people from your potential team.

For some roles, especially leadership or specialist positions, we may ask you to complete a short case study and or a talent and motivation assessment before the second interview. This assessment maps your natural talents to ensure the role truly fits you. This is not a standard step but something we only use when relevant for the role.

If everyone is still happy and convinced after that, we will proceed with the employment terms discussion. That is when it becomes official. Welcome to the Yellowfamily!
