The Webwinkel Vakdagen were a great success for Yellowgrape! With a remarkable exhibition stand and no less than 5 inspiring keynotes about customer lifecycle, AI and more, we have filled houses again and were able to inspire attendees. We started with a provocative presentation about the online customer journey of 2023, in which we looked at the future of e-commerce and how companies can prepare for changing customer expectations.
In our first keynote, we delved deeper into the world of persuasive personalization. How do you apply this concretely to your online customer journey? We shared practical tips and insights to convince visitors and bind them to your brand. In addition, we discussed HelloTV's powerful multichannel media campaign, with which they successfully launched their new brand.
The checkout process remains a hot topic in e-commerce. With an expert session by none other than Letty de Nijs and a packed room, we took the attendees into the world of next level persuasion. How do you turn the checkout process into a warm bath for your customers? We shared our knowledge and experiences to increase conversion and keep customers happy.
Last but not least was our AI conversion assistant in the spotlight. This smart tool caught the attention of many visitors and convinced them of the power of AI in e-commerce. With the help of our AI conversion assistant, companies can increase conversion and offer customers an even better online experience.
All in all, we can look back on a successful edition of the Webwinkel Vakdagen. We are proud of the inspiring keynotes we were able to give and the many visitors we were able to inspire with our quirky and daring approach. We also hope to see you at the Jaarbeurs Utrecht next year!
