In cooperation with Yellowgrape, telecom provider DELTA Fiber has been nominated in the Omnichannel category for DDMA Experimentation Heroes.

The focus in this category is on experiments in which traffic is directed to the website from different channels, or the use of different channels to achieve an end goal. The latter is what DELTA Fiber has submitted a case for, specifically focusing on combining online and offline (telesales) to increase the conversion rate.
